Deloitte is currently collaborating with Iskandar Malaysia Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Research Centre (IMREC) to develop Iskandar Malaysia Graduate Leadership Assessment and Development (IMGLAD) Programme to equip local graduates with skills and experience required for employability and employment. Participants will learn and practice core skills through award winning experiential learning modules developed by the UK Deloitte Employability Centre.

Participants have to be:
- Diploma or Degree holders
- Malaysian
- 26 years old and below

They will go through a 3-month classroom training on soft skills in Danga Bay, Johor and 6-month internship with potential employers. Meals and accomodation will be provided by the organizer and the participants will receive RM 500 per month allowance for the 3-month training. Employers are able to offer the interns permanent placement upon successful completion of the 6-month internship depending on performance of the interns.
